    I have a silly person where I live who believes all unprocessed with zero portion control will result in weight loss threw out lots of meat. I have a history of anorexia. They are getting are bollocking from me in the morning. Was so triggered I threw away my takeaway as I was afraid they'd throw away my ready made dinners. Preparing foods makes me feel sick and I like some prepackaged too. Im 35 kilos. I am now eating less

      Used Strong for a while. It’s a good app! But the sample workouts aren’t great, you can’t track your weekly sets (which is super important for muscle growth), theres no demo videos, there’s no detailed weekly summaries, there’s no community with me giving feedback and tips, and it’s a bit ugly too 😂 So it’s fine but as I said in the video, just not really what I wanted or needed to make progress.

    Calories dont matter anyway. You are not a calorimeter. You are human that metabolises and extracts chemical energy from food, unlike a calorimeter, which will measure heat generated by burning the food. So, just learn for once.

    I’m way more annoyed in how they label things like instead of putting the calories for one cookie they do it for 100g Or the calories is for half the pot when it is a one pot meal. It’s all to make them look like less calories. When tracking some study’s have shown people are not tracking right with human error so it’s not surprising there a bit off on the listings too. Calorie counting has helped me loose 10.5 stone and it’s more about realising portion sizes than anything.

      Stating the calories per 100 grams is infinitely better, as it makes comparing different foods by weight much easier. While it's helpful to also know the calories per piece, the standard should be calories per 100 grams.

      @@ady_kotidou depends on ya maths ability. Plus on a packet of anything I just want to know the individual portion calories and what weight they class as a portion. I get that some food stuff that is not the easiest but in one biscuit in a pack of 20 tell me how many cals are in the biscuit. Most of it is done to hide the hidden calories.
